The soulmate equation by christina lauren
Well this one just did something that previous books have failed to do for me - I was rooting for a single parent romance!

The hardest part for me to read was how long our heroine took to cut off a toxic relationship. If I were to take away any stars it would be for this. I should state that I know this can and often is a long process to sever contact- however, as a reader, I wanted the heroine to make this change earlier in the book.
Let's talk about the hero and heroine. I was totally invested in their relationship. I was rooting for them! I loved how honest our lead was. I loved how infatuation and love transformed their attitudes and created sunny dispositions.
I loved the heroines best friend. She was a romance novel writer and an all together delight.
I read this novel very quickly and it was the right book at the right time for me!
